Johann was one of the youngest of Neuwirth players in the world, playing a solo intermediate role. After switching to Dota 2, Johann took on a supporting role and became known for his roles as Chain and Whisper. It was during this transition that he rapidly developed his fine management skills, which led to the release of his famous play Mipo. Despite his age, Johann Fnatic.EU was a leader in the Dota 2 team game.

Johann, the protagonist of a casual Dotta and later best eSports player, at the age of 15, accompanied Jascha “Nova” Marcus and Tal “Fly” Isaacs in the game, where they decided to start playing together. The group turned out to be an unsupported side project from phonetic manager Danielle “Street” Remus. Following a change to the existing Fnatic HoN roster and promising performances from Johan and his friends, the group merged with Fnatic players Henrik “Freshpro” Hansen and Kale “Trixie” Sarinen. Dota 2

As a result of increased activity on the HoN competitive scene, Johann moved from Heroes of New Earth to Dota 2 on March 30, 2012, along with his teammates Jascha “Nova” Marcuse, Tal “Fly” Ezek and Adrian “Era” Kreuzie. Fnatic.EU. Continuing off a rocky start to the Dota 2 competitive scene, he eventually won the LAN Fnatic Thor Open 2012 event, and has since been consistently headlining several major online and LAN tournaments. In April 2011, Johann and his team were invited to compete in The International 201 at Seattle Valve. Fantik Belgrade attended a bootcamp in Serbia a few months before the event and eventually finished in the top 8 of the tournament. On 2 August 2011 at Big Big, Big Daddy said goodbye to Fanatic, saying: “Today I am leaving Fanatic, this is my first and only organization under which the game is played, but all good things must come to an end. Since International 2014, N0tail and Fly have teamed up with former Natus players Vincere Puppy and Kuroki to form S4 Team Secret. His place on this star list was shortened when he left the team with Fly Elimination and finished in Cloud 9 for International 2015. After the main stage and event decided to make my list. He later noticed that three of his associates had left the organization. N0tail merged with Fly and reunited from different backgrounds and regions to win two more Tube events before International 2017.

Despite a slow start during the 2018 international group stage, OG finished fourth and were in the top draw of the main event. Given his full-time underdog at the event, Oz was able to advance to the Grand Finals and win the tournament by defeating PSG.LGD 3-2 in the Grand Finals series.  After winning The International 2018, N0tail appeared in Forbes 30 Games at the age of 25.  The following year, he won the 2019 International, making him and Ozzy the first repeat international winners at that time.
